Armonia Homes

At Armonia Homes, we believe that the most exceptional homes are those that offer something beyond luxury — a sense of escape, belonging and harmony.Inspired by the meaning of Armonia, our vision is to create an exclusive collection of boutique residences that celebrate the finer aspects of life.

Thoughtfully conceived for discerning individuals who appreciate privacy, refined aesthetics and understated elegance, each residence is envisioned as a personal retreat — a place to unwind, reconnect and experience life at a different pace. Our approach is deliberately intimate and selective. Rather than creating homes in numbers, we aspire to create distinctive living experiences, where architectural character, craftsmanship and attention to detail define every space.

We believe a second home should be more than another address. It should be a sanctuary, a reflection of personal taste and a place where life’s most meaningful moments unfold.

SAV was founded in 2011 by architects who trained and practised in London before relocating to Goa in 2015. Their work is informed by both worlds: the discipline of an international architectural practice and the particular demands of building in Goa. Here, that means an architecture attentive to climate, orientation, landscape and the way people actually inhabit a house.

At Séjour, those considerations are not concealed behind a stylistic gesture. They are the gesture.

The shade is architecture.

The courtyard is architecture.

The movement of air is architecture.

The relationship between stone, water, garden and sky is architecture.
